I've had this neocities website for 3 years now? but i've only started taking it seriously a year ago.

I really like old 2000s websites. They're extremely ugly and gaudy to look at, but I want to create something just as weird and lame.

5. What's your workflow? Do you plan your websites out thoroughly or do you come up with the design as you go along?

Kind of both? I do plan the layout of some of my website's pages, but I mostly just wing it. And my workflow is horrible. I can only do things when I'm obsessed with it, and if i'm not i just ignore it.

6. Please link to your biggest inspirations.

hehe

Definitely the final part, when I'm customizing it. But also the feeling of accomplishment when your website is finally the way you invisioned it.

Definitely CSS grid and flexbox. I find it to be confusing
